Perfect but having issues

Ok, a new update and the problem is STILL not fixed. Ive reached to support across all social media outlets, via email and as a review here. Now Im quite upset. As I said before, I have purchased nearly ALL of the extra packs including the ones for your other two apps. I am unable to restore any of my previous purchases STILL and in still unable to buy any new ones. Fix this problem and Ill give you your five starts back because this app truly deserves them WHEN PROPERLY FUNCTIONING. My next step will be to contact apple directly to dispute all charges for this app. Its ridiculous this issue has neither been addressed not fixed. What horrible customer service.

Previous review: First off, Ive used this app almost daily for almost a year now. Ive bought every extra pack of fonts and almost all of the stickers. I LOVE THIS APP! Hence the stars. My problem is that since I got my 6S+ I cannot get my previous purchases to restore. Ive deleted the app and tried to download again and restore. It wont load and keeps giving me an error message. So now Im stuck with all of the free stuff that comes with the app and none of the paid stuff (which is a lot of money to spend for not being to use it). As Ive sunk a lot of money into this app, Im really annoyed I cant use it like I have been.
